Who doesn't love Halloween!! Carving pumpkins, trick or treating and all the fun of decoration the house (and yourself). At Bergin & Bath we are all about being sustainable and recyclable so this quick and easy make ticks all the boxes. You can use any scrap paper you like and afterwards it can go straight in the recycling bin or you could fold it up and use it again next year.
You will need:
Black paper.
Scissors.
White pencil.
Ruler.
STEP 1
Cut a long strip of black paper approximately 8cm deep
STEP 2
Make concertina folds approximately 4cm deep along the length of the paper.
STEP 3
With a white pencil draw the outline of half a spider on the folded paper. Ensure the centre of the spider is along the fold and the middle two legs run off the side of the paper.
STEP 4
Cut the spider shape out through all of the layers.
STEP 4
Carefully unfold the paper to reveal a row of spiders!! Make several and tape them together to make a Halloween garland. Hang them up around your front door ready for all of those trick or treaters!
