Toadstools make fantastic decorations to add a little magic to your home decor. Or as props for your other felted creatures. In this workshop we look at how to create gorgeous, realistic-looking toadstools using superfine wool fibre. Let your imagination run free as you decorate your designs with stunning colours and spots. We will show you how to mount them onto a wooden base so that they can be displayed on a shelf or inside a glass jar. And how to attach threads so that they can be made into a garland or used as hanging decorations.

This is a three-hour class and is suitable for beginners and regular felters alike. Come along for some craft, some cake and a chinwag. The perfect way to spend a Saturday morning!

Little Heath Farm Nursery is a lovely venue tucked away in Ashridge woods. The workshop is held in the craft barn next to the tea rooms and the lovely team @dottieaboutcake will be on hand to provide delicious cake and refreshment should you fancy it throughout the morning or you could even stay for lunch afterwards!
