Amend or Cancel an Order
We are unable to amend orders. To add a product to your order, you will need to place a new order.
To change the details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or to cancel the order completely, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any further changes.

Returning an item
If you are not entirely happy with your product, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchasing for a full refund. Please return the product in its entirety, with all elements intact and in good condition. To do so, please contact us: katie@berginandbath.co.uk

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds on international items will include the amount paid for product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs at this time, excluding shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged items.

International Refunds are processed within 10 working days of your parcel being received. Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.
